More and more organizations are highly appreciating the benefits of coaching sessions to support employees in achieving sustainable improvement in personal and organizational performance. The growing number of companies is due to a number of organizational and social trends, such as the globalization of business and fierce competition in the market, which is constantly changing. Although coaching is very popular, there is still some confusion about exactly what it is and how it differs from other interventions such as mentoring and counselling.

We will help you with both individual coaching sessions and coaching sessions for groups or teams. As stated above, coaching participants define the goals and skills we will work on. To achieve the optimal effect, we recommend that coaching includes at least 4-5 consecutive sessions (1 coaching session per week).

Price for one coaching session (lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes) per person: BGN 180 (without VAT)
