Borislav Dyankov has been involved in training and development of people since 2006 and holds a trainer's certificate in group-dynamic psycho-training and organizational development. He had been working as a consultant and internal trainer for Bulgarian and global companies. He conducts soft skills training in Bulgarian and English for various target groups of employees. Over 400 managers have completed his leadership development programs. He has led projects for the implementation of mission, vision and values ​​in the merger of several organizations into one new company.

Over the past 15 years, he has been responsible for creating and implementing strategies for attracting, managing and developing human capital. He has held senior management roles and led several teams. He believes that people are the most valuable asset of any company because they provide a competitive advantage over other organizations.

From October 1, 2024 leads the practical exercises for the subject "Methods for supporting creative thinking in the innovation process" for the master's program "Technological Entrepreneurship and Innovation in IT" of FMI, Sofia University.
