2. Training and development. We design training programs that are based on our experience and the research and evidence of how successful people development should happen in business organizations. We apply a customized approach to each company. We conduct each training program after we have familiarized ourselves with the goals that the management wishes to achieve, as well as with the needs of the participants regarding what they need to learn or what to further build on. We offer training programs that include appropriate interactive learning methods (exercises, working in small groups, simulations, role plays) to achieve maximum results and return on investment. Of course, training is not a universal tool by which you can solve all organizational problems. But in combination with other interventions, it can help senior management execute their business strategy in the long term.

3. Organizational consulting and development. There is usually no clear and unambiguous understanding among business owners and senior management about what organizational development actually is. What do we offer you?
We will anonymously survey between 10 and 20 senior managers in your company to tell what difficulties they have in managing people and processes on day-to-day basis. We will encourage them to be honest and not be afraid to criticize the CEO. We will summarize the feedback we receive from them into a short "report" that we will provide to the CEO. And we will do all this for free.
Once the CEO reads it through, we will propose projects that will bring positive change and long-term retention of the people.
